From therapist to COO of a 300+ employee scale-up, I have spent my career connecting disciplines, perspectives, and people. Today, I help organizations successfully navigate complex change.

Many leaders understand their business. Many IT specialists understand systems. The challenge often arises in between, where different goals, priorities, processes, and people need to come together.

This is where I add value. I do not view projects solely from a strategic perspective or focus only on operational details. I understand the relationships, dependencies, and implications across processes, data, systems, and business requirements while keeping the bigger picture in mind. This enables me to translate ambitious goals into realistic implementation stages, set priorities, and reduce complexity to a level that organizations can effectively manage and execute.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with organizations across banking, automotive, HR, retail, healthcare, and non-profit sectors in a variety of roles, including managing director, consultant, project manager, product manager, head of sales and marketing, and COO.

My experience spans the entire value chain, from business models, customer journeys, and business analysis to processes, systems, and digital products, all the way through to operations, production, and supply chain management.

This breadth of experience allows me to take a holistic and entrepreneurial view of challenges, understand connections across functions, and turn change into tangible results.
