My experience spans the entire value chain, from business models, customer journeys, and business analysis to processes, systems, and digital products, all the way through to operations, production, and supply chain management.
This breadth of experience allows me to take a holistic and entrepreneurial view of challenges, understand connections across functions, and turn change into tangible results.
